摘　　要：日本是世界经济强国,其发展道路具有一定特殊性。日本经济的发展与其法律的移植是不可分的。我国现在也处在经济高速发展时期,如何借鉴经济发达国家的法律制度为我国所用是我们当前所面临的问题,日本的经验值得研究和探讨。Japan is one of the economic powers in the world,and its development is with its unique characteristics.Japanese economic development is indispensable to the legal transplant.China is now in a period of rapid economic growth.So how to learn experience from the legal system of developed countries is a major problem,and Japanese experience is worth studying and exploring.
