摘　　要：近年来,随着经济的迅速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,吉林省旅游业取得了长足的发展。但由于资金短缺、对旅游业投入不足等原因,吉林省旅游业一直存在着总量不大、发展不快等问题,旅游经济效益不明显。新形势下,迅速发展的民营经济逐步成为拉动投资和经济增长的主导力量。由大连万达集团等四家中国顶级民营企业联合投资打造的长白山国际旅游度假区项目开创了吉林省旅游开发项目融资的新局面,成为了中国旅游产业发展的新的亮点。In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and continuous improvement of people＇s living standards,the tourism industry in Jilin Province has made great progress.However,due to funding shortages,inadequate investment in the tourism industry and other reasons,there has been issues on the tourism industry of our province,such as small in scale,developed slowly and so on,the economic benefits of tourism is not obvious.In new situation,the private economy in rapid development which shows strong overall strength and higher economic output is gradually replacing the state-owned economy,becoming the the dominant force of driving investment and economic growth.The Changbai Mountain International Tourism Resort Area Project which is jointly invested 20 billion yuan by the Dalian Wanda Group and three other top Chinese private enterprises creates a new situation for the financing of tourism development project in Jilin Province,and also establishes a new standard for the tourism industry in China.
