The Influence of Different Types of Styrene Series Thermoplastic Elastomer on the Performance of Hot- Melt Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive

摘  要:在标签用热熔压敏胶配方基础上研究苯弹性体对胶黏剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:弹性体苯乙烯含量由14%增加至30%时,热熔压敏胶软化点由75℃增至89℃,初黏力由2.2cm降至5.5cm,标签纸渗油量逐渐减少。弹性体苯乙烯含量为15%,双嵌段含量由0增至38%时,剥离强度由0.42kN/m升至1.01kN/m。弹性体的熔融流动指数(MI)由8g/10min增加至25g/10min时,热熔压敏胶的175℃熔融黏度由9200mPa.s下降至2200mPa.s。The effect of the different types of styrene series thermoplastic elastomer on property of labeling hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive was discussed. The results showed that when the styrene content of the elastomer increased from 14 % to 30 %, the softening point of the adhesive raised from 75℃ to 89℃, the initial adhesion decreased from 2.2 cm down to 5.5 cm, the oil penetration amount of label paper decreased. When diblock content in SIS block copolymer (St%=15%) increased from 0 % to 38 %, the 180° peel strength of the adhesive was improved from 0.42 kN/ m to 1.01 kN/m. When melt flow index (MI) of the elastomer increased from 8 g/10min to 25g/10min, the 175 ℃ melt viscosity of the hot-melt adhesive decreased from 9200 mPa's to 2200 mPa's.
