摘  要:采用预乳化半连续乳液聚合工艺,合成了一种丙烯酸酯乳液复膜胶,探讨了单体、乳化剂、增黏树脂乳液及熟化时间等对复膜胶复合强度的影响以及功能单体、乳化剂对黏度的影响。结果表明:BA/EA为10/7,AN/MA为3/6,HPA为4份,β-CEA为5份时,复膜胶的复合强度最好;乳液复膜胶的黏度随功能单体β-CEA、HPA和乳化剂用量的增加而增大。所合成的复膜胶用于包装和印刷行业的塑塑、铝塑及纸塑复合,剥离强度大于2.0N/15mm。The emulsion laminating adhesive was synthesized by semi-continuous and seeded emulsion polymerization technology. The effects of the monomer, emulsifier, tackifier resin and ripening time on the laminating strength were investigated. The effects of the functional monomer and emulsifier on the viscosity were also researched. The experiment results showed that the laminating strength were best when the ratio of BA/EA was 10/7, the ratio of AN/MA was 3/6, HPA proportion was 4, and β-CEA proportion was 5. The viscosity was increased with the increase of the amount of β-CEA,HPA, and emulsifier. The peel strength of laminating adhesive is over 2.0 N/15mm when the laminating adhesive is applied in the plastic/ plastic, and M/plastic, and paper/plastic laminating.
