摘 要:利用PMMA对EA进行改性,弥补了EA脆性大与耐候性差的缺点,同时利用硼胺络合物作为引发剂,制备的双组份胶黏剂无色、能粘接低表面能塑料与金属基材。研究结果表明:EA与PMMA的质量比约为1:1;当控制凝胶时间为7-10min时,硼胺络合物和丙烯酸的质量比为1:0.2~h0.4之间,引发体系硼胺络合物和丙烯酸的总质量占胶黏剂配料总质量的1.5%为宜。EA was modified with PMMA to make up for shortcomings of brittleness and poor weather resistance of EA. The two-component adhesive was prepared with using boron-amine complex as the initiator which was colorless and could bond low surface energy plastic and metal substrates. The results showed that the optimal conditions for this synthesis were as follows: the mass ratio of EA to PMMA was 1:1, the gel time was controlled between 7-10min, the mass ratio of boron-amine complex to AA was between 1:0.2 and 1:0.4, the total mass fraction of boron-amine complex and AA was 1.5%.
