成人腹泻轮状病毒组织培养的探讨

摘　　要：将成人腹泻轮状病毒（ＡＤＲＶ）接种恒河猴胚肾传代细胞系（ＭＡ－１０４）、非洲绿猴肾传代细胞（Ｖｅｒｏ）和原代绿猴肾细胞（ＡＧＭＫ）３种细胞，观察病毒感染细胞的整个过程。结果发现感染４８～７２ｈ后，被感染细胞出现合胞体，用免疫学方法检测证实为特异ＡＤＲＶ病毒蛋白，试图连续传代病毒但未成功。探讨从细胞水平观察病毒感染，对ＡＤＲＶ组织培养研究提供了一定的科学依据，对试图利用组织培养研制疫苗提出疑问。We have observed whole procedure of infection in MA 104.vero and AGMK clls.ADRV infects cells and produces syncytia 48～72 hours post infection syncytia coutain ADRV specific proteins as demonstrated by immunostaining but attempts to passage the virus have not been successful.This study have observed viral infection of cytolvel and would supply scientific evidences for ADRV cultivation.It's a quastion for making vaccine by cultivation.
