中药对寒热体质大鼠体质稳定性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨大鼠寒体、热体体质的稳定性。方法以大鼠两后掌表面皮肤温度以及大鼠自主活动为主要指标,结合大鼠的一般情况,从100只正常大鼠群体中筛选出常体大鼠10只、寒体9只、热体8只,连续3个月进行检测后,再观察分别用金匮肾气丸和知柏地黄丸汤剂对寒、热体质大鼠进行体质调整3个月及停药4个月后掌温和自主活动次数的变化情况。结果在体质筛选后没有任何干预的3个月内,寒体组大鼠的平均掌温和自主活动明显低于常体组大鼠,热体组大鼠的相应指标明显高于常体组和寒体组大鼠(P<0.05或P<0.01),且这种差异在观察的3个月内持续存在,即大鼠寒热体质的特征差异在没有干预的情况下可稳定存在。金匮肾气丸和知柏地黄丸分别对寒体、热体体质大鼠有调整作用,使寒体组大鼠的掌温和自主活动增加,热体组大鼠的掌温和自主活动减少,但停药后第3个月,上述指标有回到用药前的趋势。结论大鼠的寒热体质特征相对稳定。Objective To explore the stability of body constitution of rats with special cold and heat constitutions and the influence of Chinese medicines on them. Methods The skin temperature of the posterior palms and the autonomic activities of rats were tested and the genetal state of rats were observed to identify the rats with special constitutions. Ten rats with Normal, 9 rats with Cold and 8 rats with Heat constitution were selected from 100 rats. After the tests in succession for 3 months, the rats in Cold and Heat constitution groups were treated with the decoction of Jingui Shenqi Wan （Kidney Qi Tonifying Pill） and Zhibai Dihuang Wan （Eight Flavor Rehmanni） respectively for three months. The changes in the related indices were observed 4 months after stopping medication. Results During the 3 months without treatment after body constitution selection, the palm temperature and the autonomic activities of the rats in Cold constitution group were significantly lower than those of Normal constitution group. The related indices of the Heat constitution group were significantly higher than those of Normal and Cold constitution groups（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. And this difference remained in the observed 3 months, i.e. the specialized difference of the Cold and Heat constitution of rats was steadily existing under the situation without treatment. Jingui Shenqi Wan and Zhi Bai Dihuang Wan functioned to regulate the Cold and Heat constitutions of rates respectively, making the palm temperature and autonomic activities of rats in the Cold constitution group increased and those decreased in the Heat constitution group. From the third month after stopping using the medicines, there was a tendency that the above-mentioned indices were back to level of before medication. Conclusion The Cold and Heat constitution of rats was stable rela- tively.
