基于帕累托效应的科研评价实证初探

摘　　要：在h指数和帕累托效应的启发下,发现一种基于引文数据而评价科研人员及学术期刊的排序方法——ET指数。通过CSSCI引文数据库实际数据测算,利用该方法得到的评价结果与CSSCI原有结果相关性比较高,在很大程度上可以表征学术期刊客观的学术影响力。Inspired by the h-index and Pareto effect, the authors find a method to evaluate the researchers and academic periodicals based on the database of cited papers, called ET-index. Calculated according to the cited paper database of CSSCI, the evaluation result of the method is more correlative with the origin result of CSSCI, and can be indicated the academic influence of the periodicals.
