摘　　要：知识创新是高技术虚拟产业集群形成综合竞争能力和保持竞争优势的重要因素。通过分析知识创新的类型和层次,建立高技术虚拟产业集群知识创新绩效评价指标体系,结合灰色关联度分析方法,形成集群知识的绩效评价模型。为成员企业知识管理机制的运行提供理论基础和战略思路。Knowledge innovation is the important factor for integrated competition capacities and competition advantage for high-teeh virtual industry cluster. The paper analyses knowledge innovation style and structure, establishes knowledge innovation performance evaluation index system for high-tech virtual industry cluster, and combines GRAP to form cluster knowledge performance evaluation model. These could provide theories basis and strategic ideas for member knowledge management mechanism.
