摘　　要：通过对几种特大型低速重载减速器结构的技术分析,阐述了特大型低速重载减速器设计制造中运用的功率分流结构与均载技术、齿轮修形和齿轮啮合补偿技术,分析了该技术在使用中的优点,并在实践中验证了该技术的可行性及可靠性。Through the analysis on the structure of several kinds of oversize low speed and heavy-loaded reducers,the paper narrated the key technology during the design and manufacturing of the reducer such as power dividing,uniform-loaded technology,tooth profile modification and gear compensation mesh,as well as analyzed and confirmed the advantages of above key technologies during application.These technologies prove feasible and reliable with practice.
