摘　　要：讨论了Vague集应用于模糊偏好环境下多层多目标群体决策的问题,建立了一种Vague集多层群体决策模型,分别采用传统精确加权和模糊加权2种方式实现模糊偏好信息集结.通过决策距离值表达多层决策中偏好信息的模糊性,并将距离值用于修正不同层次中决策权重偏好信息,解决了分层决策中不同决策目标、不同决策者偏好信息的不确定问题.从赞成一致性和反对一致性度量决策矩阵偏好信息一致性,并讨论了2种Vague集偏好信息集结函数的集结效果.Vague set was introduced into group-decision making with multi-level and multi-objective under fuzzy preference environment, and a Vague multi-level group decision making model was built, whose fuzzy preference information was collected by both crisp weighting and fuzzy weighting meth- ods. The distance value was employed to express the fuzzy information in multi-level decision making, and to correct the weight preference information in different levels. Therefore the uncertain problems of different objects and decision makers in multi-level decision making were solved. The coherence of decision making matrix was measured by both agree coherence and disagree coherence, and two kinks of collection functions of Vague set were discussed and compared.
