摘 要:运用计算机仿真技术建立了先张法折线预应力混凝土梁的有限元模型,对其关键技术进行了研究,包括折线筋转折处的应力集中、合理的锚固拉杆数及与后张曲线预应力混凝土梁受力的对比分析.计算结果表明:导向辊的半径由0.01 m增加到0.04 m时应力集中因子迅速减小;当其半径大于0.04 m时,应力集中因子变化趋于平缓;而当其半径大于0.10 m以后,应力集中效应已不再明显.A finite element model for a broken-line pre-tensioned prestressed concrete beam was built using modern computer simulation technology. The key technology of the model was analyzed, including the stress concentration of broken-line tendon turning place, the reasonable number of the anchor rod, mechanical comparative analysis of the broken-line pre-tensioned prestressed beam and the curved post-tensioned prestressed beam. The results illustrate that the stress concentration factor decreases rapidly when the radius of the guider roller increases from 0.01 m to 0.04 m. When its radius is greater than 0.04 m, the stress concentration factor tends to be smooth. And if its radius is greater than 0. 10 m, the effect of stress concentration is no longer apparent.
