摘  要:提高能源利用效率是实现可持续发展的重要途径,对外开放通过贸易、投资等渠道影响我国能源利用技术水平。通过设定带非效率影响的随机前沿函数,利用非平衡面板数据和联立的最大似然估计法,对1999-2008年中国34个工业行业的能源技术效率进行测度,分析对外开放对其的影响机制,发现我国工业行业整体的能源技术效率不断提高,但不同要素密集型工业行业间存在显著差异,而对外贸易依存度和外资参与度水平的加深对我国工业行业的能源技术效率起着积极的促进作用。Improvement of energy efficiency is essential to the sustainable development, and the opening-up through international trade and FDI can influence the technical level of energy resource in China. By setting up stochastic frontier functions without influence on efficiency and making use of the non-balanced panel data and simultaneous maximum likelihood estimation method, this paper estimates the energy technical efficiency of 34 industrial sectors in China from 1999 to 2008 and analyzes the impact of the opening-up on them. The findings indicate that energy technical efficiencies of all the sectors are improving continuously, while there exists a clear gap between different sectors of different factor intensive industries. It is also found that the deepening of the foreign trade reliance and involvement of FDI play an active role in improving the energy technical efficiency in China's industries.
