摘　　要：目的探讨全自动快速微粒子酶免疫检测法（ＭＥＩＡ）在肝移植中的应用。方法采用ＭＥＩＡ对１３例肝移植患者术前术后不同时期血清中巨细胞病毒（ＣＭＶ）ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ的动态变化进行观察。结果ＣＭＶ感染率在肝移植患者中高达３０％～６５％。结论ＭＥＩＡ具有特异性强、灵敏度高、重复性好、快速简便等优点，为目前最新最理想的ＣＭＶＩｇＧ。Objective To investigate the application of automated microparticle enzyme immunoassays (MEIA) in liver transplantation.Methods By using MEIA, the dynamic changes of CMV IgG, IgM in various stages before and after liver transplantation in 13 patients were determined.Results The CMV infectious rate was up to 30% to 65% in the patients undergoing liver transplantation.Conclusion MEIA has the advantages of strong specificity, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, fast and easy to operate. It is so far the most novel and ideal diagnosis method for determining CMV IgG and IgM.
