摘 要:目的:建立河北道地药材连翘的高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱,并与不同产地、不同采收部位连翘药材指纹图谱相比较。方法:石英毛细管柱(75μm×60 cm,30 cm)作为分离通道,以50 mmol.L-1硼砂(用0.1 mol.L-1NaOH调pH 9.9)为电泳缓冲液,工作电压15 kV,温度20℃,检测波长214 nm,按此条件对不同产地、不同采收部位药材进行了比较和评价。结果:建立了河北连翘药材高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱共有模式,确定了12个共有峰。河北产连翘药材指纹图谱较相似,山西、河南产连翘与河北连翘质量相近,不同部位连翘药材化学成分差异较大。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,为科学评价与有效控制连翘药材质量提供新方法。Objective: To develop a HPCE analysis method for fingerprints of Forsythia suspensa from Hebei province,get reference fingerprint and compare the fingerprints of F.suspensa collected from different producing areas and different parts of the plant.Method: Electrophoresis was performed on a fused silica capillary column(75 μm×60 cm,30 cm).The running buffer was composed of 50 mmol·L^-1borax(adjust to pH 9.90 with 0.1 mol·L^-1aOH).The applied voltage was 15 kV and the temperature was 20 ℃.The detection wavelength was 214 nm.The semblances to the crude drugs of different producing areas were compared.Result: The mutual mode of HPCE fingerprints was set up with 12 common peaks.The fingerprints of F.suspensa from Hebei province had high similarity,F.suspensa from Shanxi and Henan were also of good quality.The chemical composition in different parts of the herb had big differences.Conclusion: The method is simple,quick,accurate and can be used as a new means for the quality control of F.suspensa.
