摘  要:目的建立土木香药材的指纹图谱,测定主成分土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的量,为土木香药材的鉴别及质量控制提供依据。方法采用HPLC-DAD法。色谱条件:Hichrom C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长为254 nm(指纹图谱),220 nm。结果建立了土木香药材的指纹图谱,同时测定了15批药材中土木香内酯及异土木香内酯的量。结论方法稳定可靠,重现性和精密度良好,可作为土木香药材的指纹图谱及主成分测定的方法,为该药材的标准化种植及质量控制提供科学依据。Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of InulaeRadix and determine alantolactone and isoalantolactone simultaneously. Methods HPLC-DAD method was used and the separation was carried out on a Hichrom C18 column (250 min×4.6 mm, 5.0μm) with the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase in a gradient elution model (flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, detection wave: 254 nm for fingerprint and 220 nm for determination), and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The fingerprint of Inulae Radix was established. Alantolactone and isoalantolactone in 15 batches of Inulae Radix were determined. Conclusion The method is sensitive, quick, and useful to actualize standardization planting. It can be used for the quality control for Inulae Radix.
