摘　　要：目的分析雌激素受体(ER)β在乳腺癌中表达的意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测2002年7月至2004年3月我院收治乳腺癌患者癌组织中ERβ、孕激素受体(PR)、人类癌基因(CerbB-2)的表达。结果 ERβ的表达与患者的年龄、月经、病理类型、临床分期无相关性,与腋窝淋巴结转移具有相关性(P<0.05)。ERβ的表达与与PR的表达无相关性(P>0.05),与CerbB-2表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 ERβ可作为判断乳腺癌预后的一个指标。CerbB-2与ERβ联合将有利于乳腺癌判断预后。Objective To detect the expression of ERa3, PR and CerbB-2 in breast cancer, and to analyze the expression significance of ERβin breast cancers. Methods The immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of ERβ, PR and CerbB-2 in 67 breast cancer samples. Results The expression of ERβwas not cor- relation with age, menopausal status, tumor pathological type, tumor size （P 〉 0. 05 ） , it was associated with axillary lymph node status （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant association between PR and ERβ（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, we did ob- serve a significant correlation with CerbB-2 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ERβmay be a valuable marker of prognosis. CerbB-2 and ERβ joint detection will benefit breast cancer prognosis
