摘　　要：阿尔泰山南缘的金矿床可归为“构造破碎带型”和“构造接触带型”两大类。分别从区域地质、矿床地质、地层和岩体的含金性、稳定同位素（Ｐｈ、Ｈ、Ｏ）和气－液包体等方面综合分析金的成矿作用过程及成矿模式。Gold deposits in the southern Altai Mountain can be divided into two types, i. e. 'tectono-fracture zone type' and 'tectono-contact zone type'. Based on the study of regional geology, oregeology, strata, the potentiality of An element in rock bodies, stable isotopes (Ph, H and O)and fluidinclusions, the author analyses the ore - forming Process and the metallogenic models of the golddeposits comprehensively.
