摘　　要：受问卷调查对象教育水平分布的影响,不同教育水平劳动力的明瑟收益率存在一定的差异,依据调查对象工作年限和收入的关系,并参照当代人力资本收入函数的研究方法,即通过在基础明瑟收入函数中加入工作年限变量的高阶多项式来提高收入函数的拟合优度。在此基础上,进一步探讨我国劳动力教育水平与个人收入分配的关系。Based on education level distribution of investigation sample,the Mincer return to education levels distribution is different,according to the relation between working experience and income investigation objection,at the same time,referring to new research method of temporary human capital earning equation,namely add working experience variable into basic Mincer earning equation,to enhance the fitness of earning equation,to research the relation between education level distribution and income distribuion.
