摘　　要：本文针对文献中几个结案率指标没有考虑时间因素的问题,以数理推导为依据提出了一个新结案率:g结案率。从精细化管理角度出发,本文给出了年g结案率、月g结案率的计算公式,以及当预定年g结案率时各月份月g结案率的计算公式。最后结合一个实例,就g结案率的应用给出了几条建议.Since the existing claim settlement rates do not consider the time effect,the paper is put forward the g-claim settlement rate.In order to strengthen management,the paper is also given the formulae of annual g-claim settlement rate and month g-claim settlement rate,as well as the formula of month g-claim settlement rate given annual g-claim settlement rate.On a practical example being analyzed,the paper is finally raisen some advices on the applications of g-claim settlement rate.
