摘 要:随着污水排放标准不断提高,基于污水厂现状的A2/O工艺的脱氮诊断和优化,是解决脱氮问题最为经济也是优先采取的方案。以昆山市北区污水厂为例,对改良型A2/O工艺的脱氮抑制问题进行了系统识别、诊断分析。研究表明,系统的硝化效果较好,出水NH3-N均值为1.2 mg/L;针对反硝化不足,提出了碳源、回流比对反硝化脱氮的抑制,当R=200%时,TN的平均去除率提高至73.7%;前置反硝化是去除TN的重要途径,必须权衡与缺氧区脱氮的关系以保证出水TN值达标。With the upgrading of wastewater discharge standard, the diagnosis and optimization of nitrogen removal by A2/O process based the current situation of WWTP are the most economic and preferential method to solve nitrogen removal problem. Taking Beiqu WWTP in Kunshan as example, the sys- tem identification and diagnosis analysis on inhibition of nitrogen removal by modified A2/O process were performed. The study shows that the nitrification efficiency is good, and the effluent NH3 -N is 1.2 mg/L. Carbon source and recycle ratio are the key factors affecting denitrification. When the recycle ratio is 200% , the average removal rate of TN is increased to 73.7%. As an important way for TN removal in pre-denitrification, the relationship between anoxic denitrification and pre-denitrification should be balanced in order to meet TN discharge standard.
