摘  要:以深圳市某污水处理厂为案例,全面介绍了全流程节能降耗技术的应用,包括节能关键点识别方法、离心风机精确曝气控制与转刷时序控制等技术。运行实践表明,加强对运行操作人员的培训对建立节能降耗长效机制非常重要;全流程节能降耗工作的开展,要以水质稳定达标为前提,在此基础上首先应尽量通过工艺优化手段节能,然后再通过评估确定硬件升级的必要性。As a case of WWTP in Shenzhen City, the application of energy saving and consumption reduction technologies throughout entire process in WWTP was comprehensively introduced, including key energy-saving identification methods, centrifugal blower precise control, rotating brush aeration time-sequence control and other technologies. The operation practice shows that strengthening the training of operators is very important to establish long-term mechanism for energy saving. The implementation of energy saving and consumption reduction activities throughout entire process should be based on reaching the effluent standard. First of all, energy saving should be performed as far as possible through process optimization, and then the necessity for upgrading hardware should be determined by assessing.
