摘  要:电磁振动主要是由电机气隙磁场作用于电机铁心产生的径向激振力波激发的,提出一种基于偏心永磁磁极的永磁电机空载激振力波的削弱方法。推导采用偏心永磁磁极时永磁体磁动势的傅里叶分解系数的表达式,得到了空载激振力波随永磁体偏心距连续变化曲线,提出了通过合理选择永磁磁极的偏心距来削弱激振力波的方法。采用空间和时间2次傅里叶分解得到主要阶数激振力波的频谱,有限元计算结果验证了所提方法的有效性。Electromagnetic vibration is produced by radical exciting force waves acting on iron cores of permanent magnet motors.A new method to reduce no-load exciting force waves for PM motors was proposed based on the eccentric permanent magnet pole.Expressions of Fourier transform coefficient for magnetomotive force of eccentric permanent magnet were deduced and the relationship between the amplitude of the exciting force wave and the eccentric distance was obtained.Investigation results showed that the main exciting force wave can be reduced through suitable selection of the eccentric distance.The spectrum of main exciting force waves were obtained with Fourier transform,and the finite element method results verified the effectiveness of the presented method.
