摘 要:数字图书馆馆藏的评价是数字图书馆评价的重要内容。在模糊信息环境下,评价专家对馆藏的评价指标往往给出的是区间直觉模糊信息。目前基于区间直觉模糊信息的数字图书馆馆藏的评价方法的研究在数字图书馆馆藏的定量评价中还是一个空白,因此有必要加强研究。本文引入了区间直觉模糊数的一些运算法则、得分函数和精确函数,在数字图书馆馆藏的评价指标权重给定的条件下,建立了基于区间直觉模糊信息加权平均算子进行集结的馆藏评价模型,实例分析表明该方法是有效的。Digital library collection evaluation is an important part in digital library evaluation. In the fuzzy information environment, experts usually give the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information to evaluate the digital library collection. At present, no research on the evaluation method of digital library collection based on the intervalvalued intuitionistic fuzzy information has been made in the quantitative evaluation of digital library collection. Therefore, it's necessary to strengthen the study in this field. In this paper, some algorithms, score functions and accuracy functions of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced. Under the conditions that the weights of the evaluation indicators of the digital library collection are given, a model of library collection evaluation is constructed based on the concentration of the weighted averaging operators of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally, an example shows that the method is feasible and effective.
