摘　　要：本文较为系统地研究了国内外主要的知识管理框架,认为知识管理框架对于知识管理这一跨学科领域具有重要研究价值,不仅汇集了来自理论和实践界的思考,还是不同学科学者之间对话的焦点;采用建立标准、达成共识和未来研究的顺序,本文对知识管理框架的演进路径进行探索和梳理,提出了建立统一的知识管理框架和跨学科知识管理范式等未来研究问题。A relatively systematic study of the main knowledge management frameworks at home and abroad is made.The paper thinks that knowledge management framework is ofimportant research value to knowledge management,which is a interdisciplinary field,not only collecting the thoughts from the theoretical and practical circles,but also becoming the focus of the dialogues among the scholars of different disciplines.By establishing the standard and reaching the common knowledge and future research sequence,the paper explores and reviews the evolution route of knowledge management framework,and puts forward the problems for future study such as establishing the unified knowledge management framework and the interdisciplinary knowledge management paradigm.
