黄河三角洲农村城镇化的问题——以高青县为例

摘　　要：促进农村城镇化的持续发展是黄河三角洲高效生态经济区建设的重要组成部分。以高青县为例,从城镇化历程和城镇化水平、城镇体系的规模与职能结构、城镇土地利用和基础设施建设等方面探究了目前黄河三角洲农村城镇化的特征与问题;对农村城镇化的发展态势进行了判断,认为黄河三角洲大规模的开发近期内不会对农村城镇化的进程产生显著影响。在此基础上,提出促进农村城镇化持续发展的对策,认为黄河三角洲小城镇建设应走集约化、非均衡城镇化道路。To promote the sustainable development of rural urbanization is an important part during the construction of the Yellow River Delta Efficient Eco-Economic Zone Development.This article takes Gaoqing County for example to explore the characteristics and problems of rural urbanization in the Yellow River Delta Area from the perspectives of the process and level of urbanization,the size and functional structure of urban system,the using of the urban land and the construction of the infrastructure,and so on.Then it is concluded that large-scale development of the Yellow River Delta will not have a significant influence on the rural urbanization process in the near future.On this basis,this article proposes to promote the sustainable development of rural urbanization.Finally,this article puts forward the intensive and unbalanced way for the urbanization of the Yellow River Delta.
