摘　　要：近年来随着社会和经济的高速发展,乡村面貌的现代化、城市化的进程在不断加速,其中长江三角洲经济发达地区,发展速度尤其迅猛,乡村居民对提高居住环境质量的要求越来越强烈。但是由于缺乏规划指导,导致乡村面貌杂乱,失去了中国乡村的固有风貌。在参与浙江长兴新农村五个典型乡村规划设计实践的基础上,对长兴新农村建设中出现的一些主要矛盾和相应的解决措施进行了初步探讨,以期为新农村建设提供可借鉴的经验和做法。With the rapid social and economic development in recent years,villages and towns in China have undergone great changes,especially those located in the delta of Yangtze River where there has been a drastic economic boom.Many people in the rural villages have had an increasingly higher requirement for better living environment.However,due to a lack of planning guidance,most villages in China now appear to be cluttered and short of the inherent charm of traditional Chinese villages.Based on the project that the author has participated in to design and plan five typical new rural villages in Huzhou District（Zhejiang Province）,this article focuses on some major contradictions and the corresponding solutions in the making of new-villages in Changxing and puts forward a new model for constructing villages for rural settlements there.It is hoped that this model will provide a new approach and experience for building new rural villages in China.
