摘　　要：发挥河南文化资源优势,大力发展文化产业,是推动文化强省建设,实现中原崛起的重要举措。由于省委省政府高度重视,河南文化产业发展取得了显著的成就。但是,与其他一些发达省份相比,河南在发展文化产业方面还存在很大差距,有待提出对策措施。It is an important measure to promote the construction of cultural great province of Henan and realize the rise of the Central Plains by means of bringing the advantage of Henan cultural resources into full play and vigorously developing cultural industries.Owing to the provincial government＇s high attention,the development of Henan cultural industries has achieved remarkable successes.But in comparison with other developed provinces,Henan still greatly differs from them.And the policy and measures are put forward to cope with the problems.
