摘 要:为开发利用水葫芦生产优质青贮,调制了5种混合比例的水葫芦与玉米秸秆混合青贮及水葫芦青贮。5种混合青贮是按水葫芦:玉米秸秆(质量比)分别为80:20,70:30,60:40,50:50和40:60进行调制。每个处理作2次重复,常温下贮存60天,开封后测定青贮的pH、干物质回收率(DMR)、气体损失率(GLR)、氨态氮(NH3-N)等指标。结果表明,所有混合青贮的pH均显著低于水葫芦青贮(P<0.01);70:30,60:40,50:50和40:60混合青贮的pH均低于4.2,它们的NH3-N也都显著低于水葫芦青贮(P<0.01)。可见,在水葫芦中添加适当比例的玉米秸秆可调制优质混合青贮。For the purpose of producing high quality silage, water hyacinth silage and water hyacinth corn straw mixed silage were studied. Water hyacinth corn straw were mixed into 5 silages with their weight ratio of 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50 and 40:60, besides water hyacinth silage. Each treatment was two repeats. Silage were fermented for 60 days under normal temperature. Then the pH value, dry matter rate (DMR), gas loss rate(GLR), ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N), and other items were measured. The result showed that the pH values of all the 5 mixed silages were lower than water hyacinth silage (P 0.01), the pH value of the mixed silage 70:30, 60:40, 50:50 and 40:60 was lower than 4.2, and their NH3-N value was significantly lower than water hyacinth silage(P 0.01). That means that the treatment of adding corn straw to water hyacinth could help to make high quality silage.
