摘  要:杞柳瘿蚊(Rhbdophaga salics Schrank)是沿淮地区和黄河流域的一种危害杞柳的重要害虫。通过对该虫的室内饲养观察和田间调查,掌握了其主要的生物学特性,并对其进行了药剂防治试验。结果表明:该虫在沿淮地区1年发生5代,以幼虫在当年生被害杞柳柳条上的虫瘿内越冬。第一、二代幼虫发生盛期分别为4月和5月上旬,应作为防治的重点时期。防治试验所使用的4种药剂中,啶虫脒对杞柳瘿蚊的室内毒力最高,LC50为9.1105mg/L,乐斯本的毒力最低;药后7天吡虫啉和啶虫脒对杞柳瘿蚊的田间防效都能达到50%以上,是田间防治杞柳瘿蚊的较理想药剂。Rhbdophaga salics Schrank is an important pest which endanger osier in Yellow River Basin and region along Huaihe River. By means of indoor and field rearing and observation, we mastered its main biological characteristics and carried out chemical control tests. Experimental results showed thatRhbdophaga salics Schrank had five generations per year in low-lying area along Huaihe River. The matured larva overwintered in the galls of damaged wickers in the current year. The peak time for the larvae’s hatching was first ten-day of April and May, which should be the focus period of control. According to chemical control experiment of four chemicals, laboratory toxicity of acetamiprid was the highest, the LC50 values was 9.1105 mg/ L, while which of chlorpyrios was the lowest. Field control efficacy of imidacloprid and acetamiprid after 7 days were both over 50%, so imidacloprid and acetamiprid could be used as optimum agents in field control of Rhbdophaga salics Schrank.
