鼻唇沟皮瓣在鼻部皮肤缺损即时修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣在外伤性鼻部皮肤缺损即时修复中的临床效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法对5例患者应用鼻唇沟皮瓣修复其鼻部缺损,缺损部位包括鼻尖部、鼻翼部、鼻背部,缺损大小由2.0cm×1.9cm～3.3cm×2.8cm,皮瓣沿鼻唇沟走形设计,蒂宽约1.0cm,长宽比例约2:1。结果 5例皮瓣全部成活,鼻部外形满意,皮瓣质地、色泽均与鼻部皮肤一致,皮肤触觉、温觉、痛觉存在,鼻唇沟区平整,形态正常。结论鼻唇沟皮瓣取材方便,供皮区疤痕不明显,不留畸形,是鼻部外伤性皮肤缺损即时修复的良好方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of nasolabial flap in early repairing of nasal cutaneous defects and evaluate the clinical application of nasolabial flap. Methods A nasolabial flap was used to repair defects of nasal skin in 5 cases , including defects of the nasal dorsum, nose tip, nasal ala. The defective area was from 2.0cm × 1.9cm to 3.3cm ×2.8cm. The flap was designed along the direction of the nasolabial sulcus, and the width of its pedicle was 1.0cm, the ratio of length to width was about 2 to 1. Results All the nasolabial flaps survived in all 5 cases. All patients were satisfied with the postoperative appearance, color, tactile sensation, algesthesia and thermesthesia. No abnormality of the nasolabial sulcus aera was found. Conclusion Using flap from the nasolabial sulcus was surgically convenient. The scar in donor site was concealed and not obvious. These date confirmed that the use of nasolabial flap is one of the ideal methods for early repairing of nasal skin defects.
