开封县农村家庭储水现状及卫生学相关指标分析

摘　　要：目的:了解目前农村家庭储水现状及存在的主要风险因素。方法:分层多阶段随机抽取河南省开封县10个乡镇的20个行政村200个家庭,调查其储水器卫生状况,监测储水前后的水质变化及储水存在的主要风险因素。结果:65户(32.5%)家庭储水器周围存在污染源;储存水菌落总数、总大肠菌群和耐热大肠菌群超标率较原水增大(χ2=10.823、15.042和28.294,P均<0.05)。储水器周围存在污染源(OR为15.46,95%CI为1.78～133.95)、储水器外部不清洁(OR为7.47,95%CI为1.64～33.93)、储水器无盖/盖不清洁(OR为5.65,95%CI为1.30～24.60)、储水器破裂泄漏(OR为5.60,95%CI为1.01～31.02)、储水时间过长(OR为3.38,95%CI为1.11～10.27)和原水菌落总数超标(OR为25.88,95%CI为3.90～171.67)是影响储水菌落总数超标的危险因素。结论:农村家庭储水卫生状况不容乐观,尤其是生物指标超标严重。Aim：To study the current status of rural family water storage and the main risk factors.Methods：A total of 200 families were randomly selected with slicing at stages in Kaifeng county to check on the health status of the water storage-device,water quality changes after water storage and the major risk factors in water storage.Results：A total of 65 （32.5%） families had sources of pollution around the storage device.After water storage,unqualified rate of total number of bacteria,total coliform,heat-resistant coliform in the water increased（χ2=10.823,15.042,and 28.294,P0.05）.Having sources of pollution around the storage-device（OR=15.46,95% CI=1.78～133.95）,dirty outside the storage-device（OR=7.47,95% CI=1.64～33.93）,no cover/cover dirty（OR=5.65,95% CI=1.30～24.60）,rupture and leakage of storage-device（OR=5.60,95% CI=1.01～31.02）,water stored too long（OR=3.38,95% CI=1.11～10.27）,exceeding of the total number of bacteria in raw water（OR=25.88,95% CI=3.90～171.67） were the risk factors of unqualified rate of the total number of bacteria in the water.Conclusion：The health situation of the stored water is not optimistic in rural areas,particularly in the biological indicators.
