摘　　要：通过阐述目前国内对护理文化的定义,从护理文化的特性、内容、功能3个方面对护理文化的特征性概念进行详细的分析,围绕护理物质文化、制度文化和精神文化3个层次探讨护理文化建设,使全员达成共识,引导和激发护士的工作积极性和创造性,树立以病人为中心的共同理念,创造一个和谐、舒适、充满爱心和责任心的护理文化氛围。This paper stated the current definition of nursing culture in our country,and analyzed the characteristic concepts of nursing culture from three aspects：nursing culture＇s characteristics, contents and functions, and explored how to construct nursing culture focusing on the three levels：material culture, system culture and spiritual culture, so as to achieve a consensus of opinion among all staff, guide and inspire the work enthusiasm and creativity of nurses, establish the common patient -centered philosophy, and create a harmonious, comfortable, full with love and responsibility nursing culture.
