我院开设专科护士护理门诊的做法与体会

摘　　要：目的探讨开设专科护士护理门诊的方法和效果。方法设立肿瘤护理咨询门诊、造口/伤口门诊、PICC置管室和护理康复门诊,安排经过培训并有相应资质的护士出诊。统计2009年3月至2010年3月各门诊的主要工作,了解病人、家属和医生对护理门诊的评价。结果各专科护理门诊很好地履行了临床实践者、教育者、指导者等多角色的职责,得到了病人、家属和医生的认可。结论护理门诊的设立是培养和使用专科护士、推动肿瘤护理专科进步和发展的有效途径。Objective To explore the method and effects of establishing nursing clinic by specialized nures. Methods The clinics our hospital set up included tumor nursing counseling clinic, stoma/wound clinic, PICC catheter room care and rehabilitation clinic, arranging the trained nurses with appropriate qualificatine to have the visits. The major work of these clinics from Mar. 2009 to Mar. 2010 was collected to investigate the evaluation of patients,relatives, and doctors about the clinics. Results The specialized nurse of the clinics performed well as clinical practicers, educators, instructors, and so on. Their work gained great evaluation from patients, families, and doctors. Conclusion It is an effective way to train and use specialized nurse, and promote the development of nursing by establishing comprehensive nursing clinics.
