真空静脉采血标本溶血原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的分析真空静脉血标本溶血的原因,并提出相应对策。方法回顾性分析2009年7月至12月在医院健康体检静脉采血的37例血标本的溶血原因。结果与护士操作技术欠佳有关28例,占75.68%;与真空负压管不合格有关4例,占10.81%;与标本运送有关5例,占13.51%。结论提高护士操作技术水平,加强采血过程中的护理管理,可以有效预防静脉血标本的溶血。Objective To analyze the causes of vacuum venous blood hemolysis, and develop countermeasures. Method Thirty - seven venous blood samples of hemolysis,from July to December 2009,was retrospectively analyzed about the causes. Results About the hemolysis causes,there were 28 cases （ accounting for 75.68% ） related with nursing skills,4 cases （10.81%） related with unqualified vacuum tubes, and 5 cases （13.51% ） related with specimen transport. Conclusion Improving the technical level of nurses and strengthening nursing management during blood collection can effectively prevent the hemolysis of venous blood samples.
