针刺治疗痉挛型脑瘫及对患儿脑血管搏动指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺对痉挛型脑瘫患儿的肌张力及脑血管搏动指数的影响。方法:62例符合诊断标准的患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各31例,治疗组采用针刺结合体疗训练方法治疗,对照组仅用体疗训练疗法,疗程结束后检查其双下肢肌张力及大脑前、中、后动脉的血管搏动指数,评价疾病恢复情况。结果:治疗组双下肢肌张力较对照组下降明显(P<0.05),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),ACA、MCA、PCA的PI较对照组均显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:针刺疗法可降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿的肌张力,并能改善脑功能的代偿作用。Objective： To evaluated the effect of acupucture on spastic cerebral palsy children and its action mechanism.Methods：62 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group（n = 31） and a control group（n = 31）.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture therapy combined with physical therapy,The control group was treated with physical therapy,After the therapeutic course,muscle tonus both lower limbs and pulsatility index of cerebrovascular were analyzed statistically.Results：Lower limbs muscle tone of treatment group decreased significantly compared with control group（P〈0.05）,The total effective rate was significantly higher,too（P〈0.01）.The pulsatility index of ACA,MCA and PCA decreased significantly compared with control group（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Acupuncture therapy can reduce lower limbs muscle tone with spastic cerebral palsy,and improve brain function.
