摘　　要：介绍了杧果的特性、功效,及采收贮藏中应注意的问题。总结了杧果的国内外生产现状,指出应解决杧果产业中出现的不利因素影响,选择种植市场需求的优良品种,加强采后的保鲜和商品化处理,同时发展加工业,其市场前景看好。The characteristic and efficiency of mango were introduced, including the problem must be cared in harvesting and storaging. The production status of mango at home and abroad was summarized and the influence of unfavourable factors in mango industy should be solved. It could choose to plant good varieties which meet the market and enhance the fresh-keeping and commercial handling of postharvest ,processing industry should be developed at the same time. The market prospect would come to be vastitude.
