新时期农业科研管理工作存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：基于对农业科研管理工作在农业科学研究中的重要地位的认识,分析探讨新时期农业研究机构科研管理工作中存在的科研管理理念落后、科研管理模式陈旧、科研项目重申报轻执行、农业科研力量分散、农业科研成果转化率低等问题,提出理清工作思路、加强项目全程管理、做好人才队伍建设、加强项目申报的针对性、加强科研档案管理和科研条件建设的对策,以促进农业科研管理工作的开展。Based on knowing the important status of management in agricultural science researches,several problems were put forward,namely, the philosophy of the management of agricultural scientific researches was draggled ,the pattern was out-of-date,pay attention to the application but take no notice of execution,the research strength was dispersed and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements were lower and so on. Also,several suggestions and countermeasures for improving management of scientific researches in agricultural institutions were proposed ,that was, there must be new concept in the management,effective entire journey management,qualified personnel resources being effectively distributed,selecting programs which were main problems in local agricultural production,strengthening archives management and improving research conditions. It will promote the developing of agricultural scientific researches.
