摘 要:[目的]研究二氧化氯对大肠杆菌F2噬菌体消毒效果及将大肠杆菌F2噬菌体作为评价消毒效果的指示微生物的可行性进行评价,同时观察残留二氧化氯浓度衰减速度。[方法]采用悬液定量杀菌试验,观察大肠杆菌F2噬菌体对常用化学消毒剂二氧化氯的抵抗力。[结果]二氧化氯投加量为1 mg/L时,作用10 min,对大肠杆菌F2噬菌体的杀灭对数值>4.0;作用30 min,染菌水样中残留二氧化氯浓度分别降解为0.35 mg/L;二氧化氯投加量为2 mg/L时,作用3 min,对大肠杆菌F2噬菌体的杀灭对数值>4.0;作用30 min,染菌水样中残留二氧化氯浓度分别降解为0.68 mg/L。[结论]大肠杆菌F2噬菌体对二氧化氯消毒剂,在常规剂量作用下,可有效灭活大肠杆菌F2噬菌体。因此选择大肠杆菌F2噬菌体作为病毒消毒试验的指示微生物,可明显缩短病毒灭活效果评价周期。二氧化氯衰减速度随浓度和时间的变化而加快。[Objective]To study germicidal efficacy of ehlorine dioxide on Escherichia coli bacteriophage F2, evaluate the feasibility of use of Escherichia coli bacteriophage F2 as the indicator for evaluating germicidal efficacy and the rate of residual chlorine dioxide concentrations decaying was observed. [Methods]Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used to observe the resistance of F2 to chlorine dioxide disinfectant. [ Results] The inactivating logarithm value of phage F2 exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 1 mg/L for 10 rain was 〉4 and the residual chlorine dioxide concentration was 0. 35 mg/L when F2 exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide for 30 rain. The inactivating logarithm value of phage F2 exposed to the solution containing ehlorine dioxide 2 mg/L for 3 min was 〉4 and the residual chlorine dioxide concentration was 0.68 mg/L when F2 exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide for 30 min. [Conclusion]Phage F2 ean be effeetively inaetivated when it is exposed to the conventional doses. Therefore phage F2 can be seleeted as the indicator microorganism for virus disinfection test,which can shorten obviously the period of evaluation of efficacy of inactivating virus. The rate of residual chlorine dioxide concentrations decaying changes with the concentration and exposure time changing.
