干扰素-γ、白细胞介素-10在慢性前列腺炎／慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者前列腺液中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨干扰素-γ（IFN-1）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）在慢性前列腺炎（CP）／慢性盆腔疼痛综合征（CPPS）患者前列腺液（EPS）中的表达及临床意义。方法选取20例前列腺炎ⅢA型患者（A组），20例前列腺炎ⅢB型患者（B组），10例健康对照者（对照组），采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定三组患者EPS中IFN-γ、IL-10含量，并按国际前列腺炎症状评分标准（NIH—cvsi）进行相关性研究。结果IFN-γ在A组和B组EPS中的表达水平分别为（14．92±7．85）ng／L和（13．74±5．96）ng／L，均明显高于对照组（7．47±1．40）ng／L（P〈0．05）。IL-10在A组和B组EPS中的表达水平分别为（216．40±33．65）ng／L和（223．70±45．21）ng/L，亦明显高于对照组（162．10±43．81）ng／L（P〈0．05）。但A组和B组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。EPS中IFN-±、IL-10的水平与NIH-CPSI评分无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论EPS中细胞因子（IFN-γ、IL-10）在CP／CPPS的病理学改变中起重要作用，可作为CP／CPPS的诊断参考依据之一。Objective To investigate the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokine interferon （IFN）- and anti,inflammatory cytokine interlenkin （IL）-10 in expressed prostatic secretions （EPS） of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome （CP/CPPS） and their clinical significance. Methods The levels of IFN-γ and IL-IO in EPS of 20 patients with CP （type ⅢA,group A）,20 patients with CPPS （type ⅢB, group B） and 10 healthy men （control group） were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The results were analyzed comparatively with NIH-chronic prostatitis symptom index （NIH-CPSI）. Results The levels of IFN-γ in EPS of group A and group B were （ 14.92 ±7.85）, （ 13.74 ±5.96） ng/L respectively, which were higher than that in control group [ （7.47± 1.40） ng/L ] （P 〈 0.05 ）. And the levels of IL-10 in EPS oFgroup A and group B were （216.40 ±33.65）, （223.70 ± 45.21 ） ng/L respectively,which were higher than that in control group [ （ 162.10 ±43.81 ） ng/L ] （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistically signifieant difference between group A and group B. No correlation between NIH-CPSI and IFN-γ ,IL-10 levels in EPS （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion IFN- γ and IL-10 have a very important role in etiology of CP/CPPS and they can be the objective parameters in the diagnosis of CP/CPPS.
