摘　　要：介绍了我国疏浚市场供需关系现状,分析了外籍施工船舶对我国疏浚市场的影响,针对我国水运工程建设市场运作和管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的政策建议,以期促进我国水运工程建设市场健康、有序的发展。This paper introduces the present states of the supply-demand relationship on the domestic dredging market. Analyzing the influence of foreign construction ship to the domestic dredging market. Aiming at the problems of the construction market operation and management on the domestic waterway engineering. It proposals the counter measures to promote the development of waterway engineering construction market being healthy and ordered.
