摘　　要：简要论述了国家体育场工程开展工期风险管理的背景、意义及目标,具体介绍了国家体育场工期风险控制方法,提出了风险控制管理措施,并针对风险管理实施过程中的问题进行分析提出了改进办法,以保证项目建设顺利进行。The paper indicates the background, the significance and aims of the risk management of the construction period of the National Stadium, introduces the controlling methods for the eonstruction period of the National Stadium, points out the management measures for risk control, and points out the improvement methods for the problems in the implementation of the risk management, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the program construction.
