摘　　要：采用了基于证据理论与mass函数的合成算法来求出主观评价指标的量化值,从而有效的克服了专家的随意性,使得最终的量化值具有一定的科学性。The paper adopts the merging algorithm based on the proof theory and mass function to have the quantized value of the subjective bidding index, so as to overcome the casualness of experts effectively and make the final quantized value be scientific.
