摘 要:目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐对非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者炎症的影响。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究,选取非ST段抬高ACS患者120例,随机分为2组:对照组60例,应用常规药物治疗;试验组60例,应用常规药物+丹参多酚酸盐200 mg·d-1;连用7 d。分别在用药前、用药后7 d检测血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度,用药后7 d行心脏彩超评价左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果用药前,2组基本临床资料、LVEF以及hs-CRP、TNF-α浓度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。用药后7 d,2组hs-CRP和TNF-α浓度均显著降低(P<0.01),试验组hs-CRP和TNF-α浓度较对照组下降非常显著(P<0.01);2组LVEF较用药前均改善(P<0.01),试验组LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐可改善非ST段抬高ACS患者LVEF,降低炎症因子水平。AIM To investigate the effects of salvianolate on inflammatory factors in patients with non- ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTEACS) in a single-center randomized control trial. METHODS One hundred and twenty patients with NSTEACS were randomly treated with traditional medicine with (trial group) or without 200 mg· d^-1 salvianolate (control group). The serum levels of high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs- CRP) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and left ventricnlar ejection fraction (LVEF) were tested before and 7 days after the treatment. RESULTS There were no significant differences between the two groups in basic clinical data, hs-CRP, TNF-α and LVEF at the beginning of the study (P 〉 0.05). Seven days after treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-oL decreased (P 〈 0.01) while LVEF increased (P 〈 0.01) compared with before treatment in both groups. In trial group, hs-CRP and TNF-ot levels were lower (P 〈 0.01 ) and LVEF was higher (P 〈 0.05) than that in the control group after treatment. CONCLUSION Salvianolate combined with conventional treatment could reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve LVEF in patients with NSTEACS
