摘　　要：齐考诺肽是一种N-型电压敏感性钙通道阻滞剂，2004年美国食品与药物管理局批准其用于鞘内注射治疗，主要适用于其他治疗方法不能耐受或不能控制的严重慢性疼痛患者。2007年，联合镇痛会议专门小组推荐齐考诺肽作为一线鞘内镇痛药。Zic6notide is a blocker of neuronal N-type voltage-sensltive calcium channels（NVSCCs）, which was approved by the Food and Drug Administration of United States 2004 for treatment of intractable severe chronic pain in patients intolerant of or refractory to other treatments. The Polyanalgesic Consensus Conference recommended ziconotide as a front line of medication for intrath- ecal injection in 2007.
