儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征性激素水平的检测与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者血液中性激素水平的变化。方法选择经多导睡眠监测仪（PSG）监测确诊的3～6岁OASHS患儿60例，并选取同期门诊体检的3～6岁健康儿童60例为对照组，应用电化学发光法对OSAHS患儿及正常健康儿童血液中卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、睾酮（T）的水平测定并进行分析。结果与健康对照组相比，OSAHS组儿童的血清FSH，LH，E2，T的水平高于对照组，其中FSH，LH水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义，而E2，T水平与对照组比较差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论OSAHS患儿存在性激素分泌异常紊乱的现象。Objective To explore the change of sex hormone level in children with obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods Sixty children （3 -6 years old） with OASHS proved by polysomnography （PSG） examples and 60 healthy children （ 3 - 6 years old） were chosen. The serum level of fallicle-stimulatinghormone （ FSH ） , luteotropichormone （ LH ）, estradiol （ E2 ） and testosterone （ T ） were measured by electrochemilumineseence and analyzed. Results The serum concentration of FSH,LH,E2,T in OSAHS group is higher than in the control group. But the serum concentration of FSH,LH in OSAHS group is significantly elevated than those of the control group,the difference is statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no difference between OSAHS and the control group in the serum concentration of E2 and T（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion There exists paraseeretion in sex hormone of children with OSAHS.
