摘  要:本文概述植物数量性状QTL体系遗传试验方法的研究发展过程。将主基因和多基因混合遗传模型看作通用模型,单纯主基因或多基因模型看作其特例,从而发展了利用一对纯系亲本的杂种分离世代和利用一组纯合亲本杂种世代检测QTL体系的遗传试验和统计分析方法。文中给出了实例以说明其应用的效果。The development of the methods of genetic experiments for detection of QTL system in plants was reviewed in the present paper.The mixed major gene plus polygene genetic model was established and considered as the general model of the quantitative traits while the prue major gene model and pure polygene model were the specific ones to the general model.Based on it,there were developed the methods of genetic experiments for detection of QTL system and estimation of gene effects through utilizing the progenies of a pair of pure line parents and the hybrids of a set of pure line parents in genetic experiment,respectively,as well as the respective statistical procedure.Examples were given for the illustration of the principles and procedures of the above methods.
