摘 要:研究了温室条件下不同类型黄瓜感染霜霉病后不同发病程度叶片单位叶面积质量、气体交换参数、相对叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明:黄瓜光合系统对霜霉病菌的侵染特别敏感,以欧洲迷你型敏感性较为突出;轻度染病后单位叶面积质量明显下降,净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、相对叶绿素含量明显降低,发病程度越高,降低越明显;非气孔因素可能是感病黄瓜叶片光合降低的主要原因之一。Plants of different-type cross combinations in cucumber were infected with downy mildew and then their diseased leaves were studied under greenhouse in terms of per unit leaf area quality, gas exchange parameters and relative chlorophyll content. The results showed that the photosynthetic system of cucumber was sensitive to infection of downy mildew, and the European mini-cucumber cross combination was compara- tively prominent in sensitivity;After slightly infected, the leaves declined obviously in per unit leaf area quali- ty, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and relative chlorophyll content, and the heavier the infection,the more evident the declines;Non-stomatal factor could be one of the main reasons of the photosynthesis decline of the diseased leaves.
