膀胱尖的正常超声表现及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱尖的超声表现及临床意义。方法对300例受检者进行超声检查,并根据不同年龄分为三组,分析其膀胱尖的超声表现及大小。另观察了5具成人尸体膀胱尖的大体解剖。结果膀胱尖的正常超声表现和尸体标本观察的膀胱尖相似。年龄1～15岁、16～25岁、26～75岁膀胱尖的显示率分别为100%、93%、67%,不同年龄组膀胱尖的显示率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同年龄组中男、女性测量数值无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组男性受检者与女性受检者只有上下径有统计学意义,年龄1～15岁组的膀胱尖上下径小于16～25岁和26～75岁年龄组的膀胱尖上下径;16～25岁和26～75岁膀胱尖的大小没有统计学意义。结论掌握膀胱尖正常超声表现可提高对该正常结构的认识,减少误诊。Objective To describe the ultrasonographic anatomy of normal apex of urinary bladder and explore its clinical significances. Methods 300 subjects divided into three groups according to age and their normal urinary bladder were examined in order to evaluate the ultrasonographic appearances of apex of urinary bladder and measure the anterior-posterior depth, superior-inferior height, and width of apex of urinary bladder. The gross anatomy of apex of urinary bladder in five cadaveric specimens were observed. Results The ultrasonographic expression of the normal apex of urinary bladder was similar to that observed in the cadaveric specimens. The visualizations of apex of urinary bladder in the age 1-15,6-25,26-75 were 100%, 93%, 67%, respectively. There were significant differences in the visualizations of apex of urinary bladder among different ages（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in any parameters between the males and females in the same group. （P〉0. 05）. There were significant differences in superior-inferior height of apex of urinary bladder between different ages （P〈0.05）. The superior-inferior height of the apex of urinary bladder was significantly smaller in age 1-15 than that in age 6-25,26-75. Conclusions The knowledge of the ultrasonographic expression of the normal apex of urinary bladder can avoid misdiagnosis.
