摘 要:微气泡由于其特殊的结构,广泛应用于医学、食品、化妆品等领域。尤其是在医用超声造影方而的应用,开创了超声医学的新领域。最新研究表明,微气泡不仅可以作为超声显像的增强剂,同时还具备恶性肿瘤的靶向治疗功能,因此对微气泡的研究义成为超声医学的研究热点之一。本文就最近几年国内外新出现的几种微泡造影剂制备方法的原理及特点进行了综述,并讨论了超声造影剂制备巾遇到的一些困难以及如何解决等问题。Micro-bubbles are widely used in medicine, food, cosmetic, and other fields because of its special structure,especially as medical ultrasound contrast, which creates a new field of medical ultrasound. Latest studies have shown that micro-bubble ultrasound imaging can be used not only as the reagent, but also with the targeted therapy function to treat malignant tumors,so micro-bubble ultrasound medial research has become a hot topic. In this paper, both at home and abroad in recent years, micro-bubble contrast agent in a variety of preparation methods was introduced,and the difficulties which we met in the process of preparing the ultrasound contrast agents were discussed as well as the methods to resolve such issues.
